Caffeine - Guaranine

Caffeine, some times referred to as guaranine, is an alkaloid found in the leaves and beans of many plants. Caffeine is a stimulant which increases alertness and wards off drowsiness. Many popular beverages, including coffee, tea and soda, all contain caffeine. Caffeine is sometimes combined with other drugs to increase their effectiveness. Pain relievers, such as aspirin, are a good example of this.

Caffeine is also commonly used by bodybuilders either to increase energy for a workout or in conjunction with another supplement, such as Ephedra, for fat loss.

Recommended Doseage: 200 milligrams twice per day. Most effective if used in conjunction with other supplements.
